Real Maple Syrup Pancake FeedAugust 19, 8:30AM to 11:00AM
Botna Bend Park
Every year in early spring Ranger Jon Fenner and his staff tap the silver maple trees that call Botna Bend Park home & collect their sticky sweet sap to make their own special maple syrup. Join us on August 19th from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. to taste the fruits of their labor! Grilled pancakes & sausage will be served with our homemade maple syrup along with coffee & orange juice.
While you are enjoying breakfast take a minute to buy a raffle ticket, proceeds go toward the weekend Kids' Craft Program at Botna Bend. If you are lucky we may even have some syrup to sell!
There is no fee for this event, free will donations are accepted. Please call 712-741-5465 for more information. Meet at Olsen Lodge, weather permitting.
