The Trades Discovery Days (9th - 12th Grade)

Day 1 - Construction Participants will learn about construction materials and methods and how to plan and safely manage a construction project. There will be hands-on experience opportunities, and each participant will use and practice their learned skills throughout the day while working together to build a construction project. Day 2 - Welding Learn safety techniques and basic welding skills in this interactive discovery day. Participants will learn welding safety, the different types of welding, and basic fabrication. This program is open to individuals who will be in 9th - 12th grade during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Registrations close a week before class start date.
